Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations:
We currently ship all over India. Stay tuned — international shipping will be launching soon!

2. Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking link once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Time:
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster.

4. Shipping Charges:

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid and COD orders.

No hidden fees or extra charges at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email, Whatsapp or SMS. You can track your parcel anytime until delivery.

6. Delivery Comfirmation

Once the courier marks an order as delivered to the shipping address provided, AthleZone is not responsible for non-receipt of the package

7. Delays or Issues:
In rare cases (weather, courier issues, or festivals), delays may happen. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 7 days, contact us at info@athlezone.fit or DM us on Instagram @athlezone_official

8. Wrong Address / Missed Delivery:
Please double-check your address when ordering. If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
